– Develop and monitor tendering and procurement schedule
– Prepare the Tender Document including admin document, contract document, design document, etc..
– Prepare and launch tenders (invite tenderers, remit the tender documents, collect the bids, etc.)
– Evaluation and the analysis of the bids received with the assist of the design consultants and organize the clarification meetings

To support for the project’s owner, our legal consultancy service is to advice our clients about the project legal procedure including the project planning, submission works for construction permits (including project approval, location approval, master planning approval, infra-structure connection agreement, environment impact assessment, fire protection design approval, design review by local authority, construction permit, etc..), as-built approval and its necessary steps (fire fighting system approval, environment inspection, infra-structure connection inspection, etc..).
Our local consultancy service is to support the oversea consultants for their projects in Vietnam about local construction laws and regulations, local construction standards, local material & equipment, local workers skill, etc… which we have a lot of experience

We are mainly construction consultant, however we also provide construction services sometimes for medium and small project when our clients request for a complete service (design and build) for their project.
