On April 14th 2020, during the difficult time of Covid pandemic in Vietnam, Khang Nam Engineering (The Construction Manager) and the Contractor had kick-off the construction works for the new Lotte Mart project in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, Vietnam. Khang Nam Engineering is in charge for the Construction Management and Construction Supervision for this project.
