On Apr 13th 2017, 8 Elements Group (the Investor) had conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for BLOQ project. Nestled in Thao Dien, BLOQ is a vibrant place where people can eat, shop, work, live, and play. The commercial center is designed using the shipping container and steel structure. Khang Nam Engineering is the MEPF & Structure Consultant for this project and also carry out the MEPF construction works for the project
